In memorium: ARADIA [1995 - 2005]

This memorable photo from the legendary Malaysian Black Metal band, ARADIA, was taken in the year 1998. From left, Trismegistus (guitar), Darkness Whisper (Vocal/Guitar), Enormous Sadness (Bass) and Burning Twilight (Drums). Will they ever make a comeback?

ARADIA. Will there be a reform?

Ohh shit!! Suddenly i felt that i wanna get back to my old saliva live. The old days when long hair and black t-shirt are common. What happen to the other members of the band? Faizal, already married with a baby to date, Jeff the guitarist, recently got married and Ai'e (enormous sadness) also got married long long time ago. So the only one in ARADIA who is yet to get married is me..Ha!Ha!! I hope one day, ARADIA will be back jamming and storming the studio at Petaling Jaya (the black widow). Time will tell then.

test of reasonable foreseeability

Imagine this, can u sue someone who caused you serious damages or injuries but these damages or injuries are not reasonably foreseeable by the wrongdoer? Yes, if this happened after the year 1921 but no, if this happened after the year 1961. This principle of remoteness of damage in the law of negligence began in the year 1921 with the case known as 'Polemis and Furness Withy & Co' or better known by the name 'Re Polemis'. The principle of law derived from Re Polemis was later overrulled in the year 1961 when the privy council decided in the case of 'Overseas Tankship (UK) Ltd v Mort's Dock and Engineering Co. Ltd'.

What the s**t am i writing about? He he, this is an example of what i dubb as the bloody sunday syndrome.

sunday is bloody boring!

I dun really like sunday. Most people out here, they enjoy when it is sunday but i dont. I hate and dislike sunday becuz:

1. Need to prepare for the classes ahead. 18 hours lecturing per week are damn too much.
2. Need to do my laundry.
3. Need to wash by baby GTi.
4. The day after sunday is perhaps monday. Not so cool when it is monday.

My favourite day is definitely friday.
